Refund policy
Wyndrew designs and supplies specialised electronic hardware. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Change of mind
Due to the nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Orders should only be placed once you are satisfied that the product specifications meet your requirements.
Faulty or damaged items
If your product arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- repair the product, or
- replace the product, or
- provide a refund.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Evidence of the fault or damage may be requested prior to return authorisation.
Incorrect items
If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be resolved.
Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for issues arising from:
- incorrect use or configuration
- use outside the published specifications
- damage caused by external equipment or user modification
- misunderstanding of intended usage or application
Wyndrew supplies hardware only and does not provide advice or guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
Return process
All returns must be authorised before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or error on our part.
