How Wyndrew Started

A Personal Project, Born From Asking Too Many Questions

Wyndrew began during a period of my own health challenges, when I became interested in PEMF-style coil hardware and wanted to understand the electronics behind it more clearly.

Coming from a technical background, I looked closely at what was available on the market — and didn't find anything convincing enough to buy for myself.

That's what shifted this from buying a device to building one: coil driver hardware with defined electrical behaviour, measured performance, and documentation clear enough to stand on its own. As the project matured, it became Wyndrew — a way to apply that same standard to production hardware, and share it with people who want the same clarity I was looking for.

Who's Behind Wyndrew

One Engineer, One Standard

Wyndrew is run by a single engineer with a long-standing interest in electronics and  technology more broadly — the kind of curiosity that starts young and never really goes away.

My background is technical, not clinical. I approach PEMF-style coil hardware as an engineering problem:

  • Define what the hardware does electrically
  • Verify it with instrumentation
  • Document it clearly enough that others can learn from the process

Most of my time goes into designing and building coil driver hardware, testing different coil geometries, and seeing how the system behaves under different conditions — then refining it based on what those measurements show. I treat Wyndrew as an ongoing project, documented openly, so people without a technical background can see what the hardware is doing, why certain choices were made, and feel informed about the equipment before they use it.

Why Wyndrew Exists

Coil Hardware Shouldn't Be a Black Box

For many people interested in PEMF-style devices, it's genuinely difficult to know what the hardware is doing, how it behaves under load, or how to interpret a spec sheet.

Wyndrew exists to close that gap — with:

  • Defined electrical behaviour
  • Clear, published specifications
  • Practical protection safeguards
  • Technical material that explains the hardware in plain terms

The goal is simple: you should be able to understand the electrical side of this equipment clearly enough to decide, on your own terms, whether it suits your needs.

Engineering Principles

If It Matters, It Gets Measured

Our approach comes down to one rule: if the electrical behaviour of the hardware matters, it should be defined, tested, and explained clearly. Specifications are tied to real operating conditions, and demonstrations are built to help you understand what the hardware is doing — not to sell you on it.

If my product doesn't fit your needs, I'd rather you didn't buy it.

If a device's output can't be defined, measured, and explained, it doesn't belong in our product range.
